Yes the main call center definitely helped me get my storage needs met I called about 10 times to confirm all details and find the perfect spot for me they did an outstanding great job !
Rob is the man I met first he helped me figure out all information needed to finish getting on board he was patient even moved me spot for better parking. He answered the phone when I had questions on and off the lot and was above to beyond friendly while talkative !
Good Place to store
Customer service was excellent.
Shuckers and hustlers
Dangle that special before your eyes, then charge you the regular rate after the time frame. Come up with a price increase the following month. Then if you're late with the payment there's a late fee $20 extra but make sure its paid w/in 31 days gives you to the next month to catch up. If you don't do it on that 31st day bingo $100 extra to get your stuff out of hawk. So they hold your stuff hostage for extra $100 on top of your late fees and regular rental amount that you weren't able to pay the first time. Find someplace else to go.. ll
Parking Spaces Need Work
The customer service was great, the only problem was that the "parking space" I was assigned to store/park my car had old tarp and cinder blocks in it, that I had to move before I could put my car in the spot. Overall, the parking area needs to be cleaned up and made to look more presentable.
