Helpful and accommodating .
My schedule for work increased by a lot more than I expected. I had one day to get this done. Found out that I didn’t have all the paperwork I needed but with the help of Kim and Gina everything went smoothly and I was able to email the documents the next day. They saved me a lot of stress. They were friendly and accommodating.

My only complaint is that there was lots of broken glass, various nuts bolts and nails on the lot. The lady who took me to show me the ropes helped me clean up as much as she could. We had to sweep the lot before we could park the camper to avoid getting a flat. Everything thing/one else was perfect. This is our first time renting a place to store anything and the ladies ladies at the Burlingame office were amazing...
