I was assigned a really bad spot
I needed a garage to put my car in because I was going to travel overseas for one month and I trusted Public Storage in the sense that the spot was going to be a decent one, but it was not. The garage's floor was too high for my car (a Honda Civic) and it was almost impossible to put it in. I even broke the right rearview of my car and got a scratch trying to fit it inside. Absolutely nobody there to answer the phone, neither a chat. Just no one. I had to call a friend who came and did the best, we tried putting the car using reverse but we had to go to a car items' shop at 8 or 9 pm to get a thing and after many attempts, we could place the car inside. I had a really bad time and I wonder how will I take my car out when I arrive on January...

The first time I went the person inside was very helpful. Since the initial day, I have been to the storage facility everyday at different times and no person ever seems to be in the office or answer the phone. I actually heard 2 other renters say the same thing. I was looking for the office person at 3:30pm and the sign in the door said will return at 12:40pm? And no one was on property either, as I searched up and down each row. Let's hope I don't ever have a problem.
Twanna is very nice. She always welcome us with a smile. She has very good customer skills
