worse expirience ever!!!!
i had the worse experience ever there. My unit was burned down to ashes. i lost every single thing i had in there , valuable irreplaceable things. my things were worth defiantly wayyyyy more than what i got paid for. worse experience ever...

Very helpful and considerate staff
Staff has been very considerate and helpful through every step from the initial follow up on my reservation all the way through moving in.

Customer service is great!!!
Troy helped us out and he was very helpful and friendly. He showed us a few different units to make sure we were comfortable getting the one we really wanted. Troy made the experience worth getting the unit.
We left our old facility because management was extremely rude (stor-mor In Anaheim) However we saw the difference here, the way Troy treats everyone. Very kind polite and friendly.

Good management and seems very secure.
Just moved into my unit so a review might be premature but this seems to be the best deal in the area. Very secure with all units gated and facing in toward the drive. Freight elevators function properly and free use of their moving truck made move in very convenient.
