Customer service was great from the very first intro! She was very thorough in explaining everything and upfront about pricing and fees. No surprises or hidden charges. Would recommend!
Great customer service
Overall, I give 4 stars. The management there were very professional and helpful. They are an asset for providing great customer service. My rating of a 4 is just from first impressions of a rodent problem. There are visible roach bates everywhere. I was also informed of the problem which actually made me hesitant to store at this location. I, reluctantly, am still moving forward with this facility taking extra measure to wrap all my belongings with plastic. I do not want to bring any visitors home from this facility causing me to have a roach problem.
