What I hoped for
Easy rental process. Easy access. Agreeable and helpful front desk associate. Not sure if I am getting charged for insurance I do not need. The humans i spoke to said i wouldnтАЩt. The email i got was not so clear, regarding the first month ЁЯШб.
Other than that, my other concern was the noticeably musty smell inside the climate controlled facility. The temp said climate controlled, the smell said uncontrolled humidity ЁЯЩБЁЯди. I will buy damp rid/ charcoal and hope for the best.ЁЯдиЁЯдЮЁЯП╗
I’d rent again
Small climate controlled unit. Facility smelled surprisingly musty for climate controlled, but i’ve never rented a CC unit before. There was no light in the unit. Like I said, my unit was small 5’x10’, but anything larger, you’re going to need to bring a light — especially if you are really filling it up with boxes, furniture, etc.
But, overall, I’d rent again. And the guy working the desk was super helpful and pleasant.
