Good, but

When I called to inquire about the door width for a 10x10 I was told it was nearly 10 ft wide. I told them that is perfect because I was storing a small race car in it. When I got to the facility with my trailer and car, I was surprised to see the door was 4 ft wide. I was forced to switch to a unit more than 2.5x more expensive to accommodate this, with way more storage room than I needed.
Facility itself is nice. But feel a bit like I got bait and switched.

Do not care about security - avoid

I do not recommend storing your belongings with this company. In November 2022 their main gate stopped working, meaning the facility has been open to anyone 24/7. As of the end of March 2023, the gate is still unsecured and is never closed. I had escalated my concerns to local management multiple times and they didn’t have any sense of urgency around this and kept saying the issue was to be fixed “next week”. One of the employees even said to me “well, you haven’t been robbed”. They also have had issues with their lights being on at night which has added to my concerns regarding their security. They do have cameras but this does not prevent anyone from entering or exiting the facility. I even escalated to their corporate office multiple times and no one ever acknowledged my concerns or got back to me. If you search online you’ll see this has been an issue in other locations and people have been robbed.

There is a new manager at this location who does want to improve things but she has limited control and it’s clear this company does not care about the local security issues and I’d highly recommend avoiding them at all cost.
