Check for new type of locks.
Some units have new tumbler locks that cost $20. They are moving all units over to this eventually. Also, you cant just go to hardware store and buy a lock. Only from them or locksmith can you buy one.
Also my unit 10 x 20 was actually 10 x 18 1/2
