So far so good
Very good deal vs other "standard" facilities & love the "drive right up " accessibility...no winding hallways to navigate, no carts &/or elevators to struggle with, just back right up to the door & move on. Daniel (Office) was friendly & helpful & answered all our questions at start-up.
Spare foot was awesome.I was looking for space for my 33foot trailer and I rang around o a lot of places with no luck then I rang spare foot where the ppl were really friendly and most helpful. In less than 5mins they found me a location and put it on hold for me. Thank sparefoot you are awesome.

Mike was professional cheerful, polite, and accommodating in allowing after hour access for move-in. Everything worked out great. Space is $100 less and 2 feet bigger, with a pleasant property manager! Love it! Couldn't ask for more.
