Great Facility - Should Have Easier Access to Carts for Transport
I love this place - it is close - the people are nice - the facility is clean.
But due to people who do not return keys, they have enacted a policy that you have to walk into the office and request a key for a cart to transport belongings to a storage unit, which becomes a hassle when you go to get a key and the staff is out on the property showing units or taking care of their chores.
I made 6 trips in 1 day, so it was a hassle beyond belief.
At one point, I waited 20 minutes just to return the key and that is an inconvenience.
Other than that - great facility and storage and prices!!!!
I probably won't qualify for the Amazon gift card at this point, but for being honest, it would be nice if I did.
