Excellent Customer Service
I checked in with Cathy at the rental office on my move-in day. She confirmed everything and gave me an extremely thorough and friendly introduction to the facility.
Good but with some flaws.
Needing to pay insurance, well at least being a seperate price and not being included is annoying.

It’s really clean and a great place to rent.
Easy to reserve and check-in
The young man who checked us in was very helpful and answered all our questions. The facility is very clean and I like the safety procedures to access the storage.
That orange roof
To begin, the people working there were very curious, and knowledgeable. The pricing was unbeatable. I find the facility to be clean and nicely secure. I would definitely recommend.
