Very satisfied with public storage experience. Was shown the storage unit prior to renting it to ensure it met my needs. Also was easy to access storage unit , drive right up to it after getting through security gate.

Moved into this storage unit on the 29th of Nov. with advertisement claiming to be first month free. Paid a for a full month as well as insurance and a pro rate amount for Dec. Now being billed for a full month in January so how does that make your first month free. Wil be moving my things to another storage facility.
