Britt is amazing and we’re thankful to have had him work with us.
The pricing is great for every month and Britt has excellent customer service skills even despite him having to deal with store issues. He made it his business to service my family and I effectively, promptly and efficiently. He didn’t forget about my needs even when I had to go back and forth with the call center and he worked with me even with having to come from so far. Thanks to Britt we had the smoothest moving process ever and he came by to check on us while in the process. He has amazing communication skills, very diligent and patient. I wish ever place of business had someone like Britt. Thank you so much.
