Just what we needed
The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The storage unit was exactly what we requested. We rented a storage space without airconditioning. It was exactly what we needed to store some of our son’s stuff for a few weeks during the Summer. We will use them again in the future.

Great customer service
They have a great staff that values customer service! This is my first time using a storage unit by myself and they made my experience such much easier than I expected.

Man up front made the entire experience.
Great customer service. Storage a little muggy but with humidity, it looked viable for a dry storage option: units are temperature regulated.

Met a few challenges!
I probably need to reserve my review for later..I moved into my unit on a Sunday..after the city was hit by a Tornado...so power was down..even accessing entry into the gate was difficult..called the number given to reach the Mgr. But of course it was consistently busy..long story short..I was able to get into the unit and move in..but I'll just end by saying it wasn't a typical move in..
