Unit is as described and staff are extremely helpful
I easily reserved my unit online in advance and filled out all the paperwork. The unit is exactly as described and a fair price for the size when I compared other storage units with the same amenities (temp controlled, gaited entrance, etc)
The best part was the very helpful manager on duty, Theresa, who made sure I had everything I needed in a quick and kind manner. She helped us locate our unit and ensured we were comfortable with our unit and lock. Appreciate her kind and helpful personality!
