Shawn was fantastic. He contacted me immediately telling me he was at another location and to please go online to finish my paperwork. That process went so smoothly. To come to find out we ended up not needing the storage unit not only was the cancellation process easy but they refunded me immediately. I would recommend this storage place to everyone!
