I needed a place to store my belongings and it was very easy to apply online and pay for my storage

Thanks to Tammy my move-in was wonderful! She was so helpful and so knowledgeable and friendly.
No-showed and never tried to call back
They endlessly called me for 2 straight days days and when I was finally able to answer that had me schedule a time to come in, sign my lease, and get the unit. I come in at 10AM (the time we had scheduled on the phone) and there was nobody there. Waited a half an hour, tried calling- nothing. Finally went online and got a storage unit down the street which was way easier than this place. Called and left several voice messages that were never given a call back. Very poor service for a place that claims to “care about their customers”.
