We selected Public Storage primarily because it offered a very good price for a 10X10 storage area.
We were pleasantly surprised by how efficient the move in process was, and what a great operation they have
Too many hidden fees
I needed a storage in a hurry with no time to spare. I decided to use PS because of the internet special. Once I arrived, in the process of renting the space, I wad told I could not bring in my own lock, I had to buy a 20.00 lock that doesn't fit anything else but PS doors. Non refundable lock. No time look for anything else, i bought it. Then i got hit with an extra 15.00 insurance fee. While searching for storage, there was no mention of these extra fees. I paid for 2 months after that ill move out. Hopefully to a more up front storage facility
