Straight forward and stress free
Everyone was super easy to work with. Also very easy to set up. Had an appointment scheduled and moved in less than a day

Unit door issues
We started moving stuff in our unit and when trying to close the door for the first time, the locking mechanism appeared to get caught on an exposed screw on the upper frame and vent the frame, and wouldn't allow us to close the door on the unit. We bent the frame enough to be able to close it but can't open it all the way because we are afraid it'll happen again. Hoping to talk to someone about this but the last couple times we have been there there no one there. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the unit and the facility.

Cheap clean awesome size units
I'm really happy I went with shield storage for my storage it's
Very clean the units are perfect size. Customer service was awesome everything was done with me right over the phone took less than 10 minutes to do everything and they got me right into my unit that evening. I wouldn't go with no other and I would definitely recommend shield 2 everybody.
