Associate was very helpful and even personally removed broken glass laying on the ground of our rv parking space.

Everything within the office was great customer service wise. As far as computer operations and after the promotion pricing, that's another story. We know we've all experienced a lot of technical issues lately, but this was baffling even to the registration clerk. Long story short my first day using the storage space was on a day the office is closed. I was forced to enter and exit with other renters because my code was inoperable. I did call customer service while I was there and that was futile. I was offered a code that was suppose to work as an over ride, that too did not work. The good part is that I was able to unload my belongings and was not forced to keep the trailer that I rented another day due to this inconvenience. I was later advised that I was not allowed to enter and exit with others. I was also told the computer did not recognize my code and needed to be refreshed. Was told it's all fixed now but I'm yet to confirm.

Great price and area for RV.
