"I rented a unit here, and was very pleased with the facility manager. The party I went through, Sparefoot I assume, gave me bad info about prorated storage fees, as in there are none. What I need for a week will cost me the entire month. I'm tired of being lied to, and this is yet another episode. Call the facility directly, they're honest."

Great facility, bad 3rd party service
