Happy with my storage unit & the help I received when signing the agreement
I have had a very good experience at Prime Storage. Cezar has been very helpful with getting me set up wth my storage unit and answering any questions I have had so far.

Increased my monthly nearly $70 !!!
Increased my monthly nearly $70 with only one month notice.Huge pain since I would have gone with a different company had I known they price gauge knowing its not easy for customers to move units on short notice.
Overall DEFINITELY not your best price option if you're storing long term. After receiving my first bill and realizing it was much higher than what I was promised, they were unwilling to budge and shut me down pretty quickly. Super disappointed, I was really hoping for a good experience.
