Excellent customer service!
My experience was fabulous. I rented a small 5 x 5 space, and since the computer said it was available but it was actually under maintenance and wasn't available, the manager and employee made it right. They were extremely helpful and acomomodating.
Easy, efficient, and kind staff
This is the first time I have had to arrange for a storage unit, and it couldn't have been easier. A shout out to Haley for her patience (as my phone was downloading super slowly that day) and her great explanations. The storage facility is very clean and looks very secure. I feel safe renting the unit from them.
Great staff - closes early
Staff were very helpful in moving us in and giving us answers to all our questions. She was also very attentive to the security of the building and ensuring customers did not inadvertently let people from the street in.
Only drawback is that it closes early: 6pm.
