Storage-to-office intercoms on each level
Onsite staff to monitor all ingress/egress to the building during office hours

An 18-high loading dock, making unloading much easier than from grade-level docks

DESIGN
Ours is the first self-storage facility in Washington to be LEED Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. As a new generation facility, it incorporates many securities, convenience and heating features, including:
