Customer Service
Lady in the front office outstanding customer service. Detailed, friendly and patient.
Wish they allowed access to your unit a little later than 9pm. And the lock is a challenge to use.
People Friendly Staff
The young lady that assisted me with reservation and the young lady that assisted me with rental completion were both very friendly and professional they even answered questions I never thought to ask about rental process being a senior you don't see that very often and I'd definitely recommend this storage to anyone else

My unit flooded twice due to building problems and everything ud destroyed..She has gone way above to help me as I've had a stroke and an disabled. She us absolutely outstanding..kind and you are blessed to have her as you employee..she is still helping me figure iut what to do
