Easy online reservation process. Site manager, Cindi, displayed strong customer service skills in getting oriented to the facility, gate security, and purchase of a more secure lock.

Very rude, very poor customer service
Manager Cindy, lied to the police said we were sleeping in the unit at 3 pm. She actually followed us down to our unit and was yelling at us and our friend and threw open the door and was looking in the unit. She said we have moved in, lie #2. We just got done moving more stuff in the unit. So we got evicted on a lie and was told we have 3 hours to get our stuff out, I work till 8 pm I told her that her reply, NOT MY PROBLEM. I will never recommend this place. She had to LIE to the police. What kind of people do something like this.?? Such a sad woman to treat people like this on their 2nd day of moving.
