Everything is easy to get started. Stress free way to get a storage unit same day.
So far so good.
I like this facility. It's close to home, clean and the price is right. The only thing I would ask is for a rolling cart or something to assist in moving heavy or large items to those back, far away corner units. Besides that, I'm good.
Prepare for bad attitudes.
They are severerly lacking in customer service skills within management, seem to be on a power trip as well & systemic with all Public Storages. Should probably reassess there HR department hiring process.
Horrible Customer service
There customer service is more than lacking in people skills. I think it is a systemic problem within all of Public Storages.
