We had to move my mom out of a rental house but her apartment wasn't ready and at the last minute we decided to store her items in a storage facility. Rhonda was very helpful in getting our online reservation figured out as the unit we reserved wasn't available. She upgraded us at no additional charge.
The only negative was with the unit floor itself. It started pouring down rain and the water that got in went inward towards our items instead of outward. We had to stop and close up the unit and finish once the rain died down.
