Very disappointed
I normally don’t write reviews but with how this storage place has been I like to give customers a heads up. We had our box trailer stolen from their property. For a few months everything was going good in till I showed up on Monday, June 27 to find out my trailer has been stolen when I talk to the office they told me the gate was broken on June 23 and some other customers already reported that their trailer had been broken in to. I’m not upset that our trailer was stolen it can happen anywhere I’m more upset that an e-mail wasn’t sent out to let all their customers know to come to check their property after they had a couple of reports of trailers broken into also this property closes at 7 pm so when their cameras see a truck coming in after 7 pm and taking a trailer after 7 pm to them that was no red flag? The only thing the trailer storage would do to help us out for having our trailer stolen from their gated property with cameras is referred the June payment of $119 and they will only refund me if I sign a paper saying I won't post anything
