On-site employees were great
On-site employees were great. Kassandra helped a lot.
Your boxes are too expensive. And e-checkin/rental was not available and very annoying when I was not available to go to the location and purchase the unit until the day of my move.

The woman helping me was very helpful...
The woman helping me was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed when I arrived to hear of other charges I was not aware of from looking online (such as insurance).
