It was easy to get a hold of someone and get everything set up.
The storage space was great and a perfect location.
Fredericksburg/Medical Center site
Excellent location with all the units on the grounds floor. Very helpful staff, made easier for us with this being our second time renting a Public Storage unit in Texas. The location needs more trolleys (only 2 at the time we needed them) and our previous location had 6 - you also have to ask at reception for them as they are kept locked away.

I had a great time in meeting with the lady at the Public Storage on Fredrickburg Rd. She was very knowledgeable of the place. Showed me the storage before I rented it to make sure it was what I needed.
Great customer service
Great customer service. Just besides the hidden fee of insurance which I understand if that is required but they make it seem that the 1st month is $1 fee but there is hidden fee when you show up. It's the total of other storage units around town. And I have to pay more monthly with public storage. Also I have rented else where and they have dulleys to move items to my storage unit unfortunately they dont have that available. Which is a bit hard for someone who is healing from health issues. But customer service is great!
