I went to the website and made my reservation. They called me within 5 minutes. I made an appointment to go to complete my paperwork. The manager on duty Maria, took the time to make me feel comfortable. I will be letting all my family and friends to give Public Storage a call for any needs on storage.

The staff at the Pocket/I5 facility provided me with excellent service answering all my questions and helping me to select the right unit for me. The contract was easy to understand and sign. They clean the unit for me before I stored my belonging. Overall, they made feel at easy and comfortable. The location was also a plus, since I live in the Pocket area.
