Convenient and great
I’m using this storage unit as I am in the process of selling my house and moving to a new house. The location is perfect and the folks working there are super friendly and helpful.

Paid a day late and they made me pay the whole month.
My mom died in New York and they charged me $370 for the whole month on 2 storage units because i got there a day late. No understanding or compassion because i was late because my mother passed away. At least they could have pro-rated the amount. I was never late on my payments. I literally flew in from NY and went to a closing from the airport. Moved the next day.

Great Location
Happy that this storage could accommodate my needs during this economic time. The staff was very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and ensured me that my personal belongings will be kept in a safe place. I highly recommend.
