Simple as ever to get us a storage unit fast and easy
Easy and as accessible as we needed
Most doors broken. No elevator. 1 dolly
I was happy with the customer service. The lady was helpful. However, it took us trice the time it should have to unload our truck into the storage due to the door being broken. We had to access the unit from the door on the other side.
There is 1 dolly for everyone to share, so we weren’t able to use it.
There is no elevator.
I’m dreading the move out.
Streamlined check in
I like the convenience of the app that lets me use contact entry for the gate. My space was all ready for me when I arrived and a new lock in the package was inside the space when I arrived on the first day for my use.
