Ashlee is very professional, very engaging, and provided excellent information for expectations of facility.

Slightly sus, but my stuff hasn’t been stolen yet + great customer service.
Overall a good experience. The method of securing a unit was slightly suspicious, but it turned out okay; the customer service lady was polite, helpful, and very understanding of my initial unwillingness to send my information via text. Kind of weird that nobody was at the unit when I moved in and the doors were all unlocked, but my stuff hasn’t been stolen yet.
