An Amazing Storage Facility
Lets be honest who likes having to deal with moving, let alone finding a good storage facility!!! I had to move in a very short time and was not familiar with the area. I rented from one Public Storage on line only to find that it was not the one closest to where I thought. I contacted this Public Storage and spoke with Kathy. I was in tears because I had paid already and I didn't have the correct amount for the new storage. It was a nightmare to say the least! When I arrived and met Kathy immediately she made me feel so much better and was so accommodating. She listen to my rambling........ and never made me feel like I was a bother. Unfortunately I have been late on my payments a few times and when she gives me a courtesy call to let me know when my payment is due, she is so polite. I recommend this storage facility to ALL hands down!!!!! Thank you to all the staff at this facility.
