outside loading area filthy
The loading area on North side was very dirty. Cigarette butts a over, trash and dirt. Inside the building it smells like mold.

Pretty great deal!
The only issue I had was a misunderstanding of the availability of the moving truck and that the moving carts are almost never available. Otherwise I got a great deal and the facility is clean.
