Good, friendly service
Mitzie reached out to me to get me into the unit quickly. She was incredibly nice and helpful. The units were clean and spacious, just like what I was looking for

Everything was good. It’s a old unit and could be better clean but it’s not bad.
The associate Ms Nitze was very kind and helpful.
Very good overall
Mitzie was helpful removing a faulty lock replacing it with a new one at no charge. The AC unit wasn't working by our unit and she was mopping the floor concerned we'd slip. She was nice all around and we had a good laugh with her too.
The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is that we paid good money for an air conditioned unit which keeps freezing up and dripping. Creating a puddle outside our unit, hence the mopping. Of course this is no reflection on Mitzie, she is not to blame for the faulty AC. The property is well-lit and in a good location.
