Good facility but unit numbers aren't clearly marked
Very clean units, nice facility/safe area. Hard to find the unit as nothing is clearly marked. No one provided direction on site so spent about 20 minutes more than usual to find the unit.
Almost good,
Unit was clean, but nobody checked the fact that of the 2 florescent lights one has wiring hanging and exposed without a bulb and the other has no bulb, I have no lights on this unit.
I was told to leave the keys and they will get to it when they can, no schedule, no time, no date. this is not acceptable; I don't want anyone in my unit without supervision. who would be responsible if anything is damaged or missing?
