"Minor hiccups in the reservation process. Was supposed to be contactless but I still needed to go into the office due to not having a lock for the unit. The lock was supposed to be left in the unit but there was none there. The staff was very helpful and friendly which was a plus, but the facility itself appears to be a bit rundown. Also didn't like the limited access hours for the facility but I was aware prior to reserving."

Not what I expected
