He had manors that was so comforting & measuring that I was in good hands. He treated me as if he had known me for years. Like I was friends of his family. He was amazing & it was nice to have such a great person handling everything for me. The sweet lady there helping if he needed it was over the top amazing as well & helped me with my elderly cat that was overheated & gave us all ice cold water. For a moment in that hectic day he gave me peace. Thank you so very much for being so kind."

Disaster
I traded emails regarding my reservation, date, etc. I arrived on Friday at approx 2pm to find a sign on the door saying open with another saying out of office call the number provided. I called - went to voicemail so I left a message. Waited - no call back. Called the 800 number. Had to fill out rental agreement using phone. Four attempts later and I'm in. Only a little over an hour wasted. The onsite manager returned my call at 6pm only four hours later.
