Outstanding
Scott was great to work with from the start. When I had my apartment all cleaned and was at my unit I realized it was not all going to fix in it. Called Scott while at the unit and he took care of me over the phone. Now that is what I call customer service. Could not be happier with all my dealings with him. As a last note when I did close out my account, I talked to Rodney and I have to say the same thing about him, very easy to work with.

Scott was such a HUGE help !
I had a third party move the items into the locker and Scott met them, advanced me a lock & met me when I was able to access the locker. He was a true gentleman and a big help dealing with my mother’s furniture. I would deal with him again any day! Thank you Scott!

When I was looking for a last minute storage unit these people were great! They were extremely accommodating to my needs during a difficult time. The unit itself was clean and safe. I would recommend storing your items here!
