Easy process. Only issue so far is staffs not always at the office on time. I took my lock off to run a few loads. I didn’t make it back hbefore the last cut off so I had to wait for like an hour for staff to come in the office to get whatever code it was on the lock they put on my unit the next day

The garage doors are old and not very reassuring but it's simple in and out and clean

It’s proximity to the traffic light makes it difficult to get in and out of.
Great Customer service
The Price is unbeatable and the spaces are clean. It was an easy online check-in process and I Moved my items in right away! The location is not ideal, but it feels safe. I only visit the storage within business hours though.
