Great place overall
This location and rental process was the easiest I've ever used. Rates are extremely reasonable plus if you watch online you might catch discounts and "flash" sales. Shannon (manager) made everything easy. After I realized I should have gotten a bigger size, she did the transfer and helped me find what I needed.
Not what it use to be
Since the facility was taken over by SecureSpace it hasn’t been the same. For example, prices have gone up, flat bed carts are scarce, overall facility maintenance seems to be lacking, the main office has been getting renovated for months and the cameras don’t seem to be getting monitored closely anymore.
On another note, I have never had any issue with customer service or staffing at the facility. They are all very nice and help with anything needed.

Only rented a parking space. Rent is kinda high but it’s high at every storage Facility.
