Best pricing around!
So we are moving and a lot of things we were not taking with us we wanted to put into storage. My fiancé and I looked around at all the closest facilities in our area and SmartStop Self Storage literally had the best pricing! All of the other facilities wanted almost double the price that they are charging here for their units and it's indoors! So in my opinion kind of a no-brainer there.
Also, the receptionist I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, as well as showed me the facility and my unit before purchasing it to make sure it was the size I actually needed.
So, overall we definitely had a great experience and if you decide to rent from here we hope to u do too!
prices go up far too high here!!!
facility is new which is nice however price increases are very unreasonable. started at $199 per month then it went to $286, now they want to go up to $387 in less than 2 years. this is ridiculous and of all the years I've been renting it never went up like this. now they have this same size unit for $155 upstairs and of course, they won't let a current customer or relative get it which also isn't standard in this business.they also won't work with customers who are complaining about these sharp increases to keep them.
