excellent customer service
manager doesn't make company rules, but i was disappointed to find out that, like my previous storage space, the company can raise your rate a few months after you've been using them, for no reason at all. Also, floor kinda dirty, but i think facility was short staffed that day.

The people working there are great. I hate that I have to carry my stuff up stairs to get to your smaller lockers, but all in all I have no complaints.
