"This is my first time renting a storage locker and it’s been great! When I moved in I couldn’t get the door open so I called the office and the guy told me he would be there in a few minutes which he was. He showed me how to get the door open which was REALLY simple but just needed some force. Anyway he didn’t make me feel silly at all or like I inconvenienced him in anyway. Great customer service."

Very helpful
This is my first time renting a storage locker and it’s been great! When I moved in I couldn’t get the door open so I called the office and the guy told me he would be there in a few minutes which he was.
