I was not told on the phone about the ins.. But I do like having it though.
There was some issues with my code and I had to call to get a different code than what my paperwork had stated. Otherwise, the unit was clean and really apreciate the move in special of 50% off the first 3 months.
Overall I am satisfied with my unit.
