I have been a customer since 2008 and every year my storage payments goes up.
It is too expensive. Customers like me that been for a few years should get a break, especially now with the pandemic and people like me with no job, no unemployment and no stimulus checks for almost a year.
That is something that corporate should take in "CONSIDERATION".
I'm up to my last savings and trying to seek help so that I don't lose my storage unit with all my personal belongings and especially my memorabilia.

I reserved a unit on the website because the price fit my budget for the amount of space I needed. I met Livette when I arrived and she was very polite and asked me what I was storing. When she agreed that the unit I reserved met my needs, she showed me the unit. I liked it so I bought it. There weren't any crazy upsells which was what I was getting prepared for. Only thing was the insurance is required on the unit. I felt that should have been mentioned on the reservation web page. Otherwise great experience
