Proximity was good: that’s it
There wasn’t anyone in the office when we arrived (during the scheduled hours) and it wasn’t until we called the main line that someone showed up. He was nice and helpful but when we had a question after moving the stuff in he again wasn’t in the office. We did find him but a business that posts office hours on their front door ought to actually have someone in the office. No?
Not clean
The gentleman was very friendly , however my unit was covered in mouse/rat droppings and was absolutely filthy . I had to ask the employee for a broom to clean it up myself before placing my belongings inside. It makes me worry a bit about keeping my items stored away for 6 months .
